Client was desperate to retain his license after being charged with a Mid Range drink driving charge because it was a condition of his employment.
Ultimately the matter was dealt with in accordance with section 10 of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 which means no conviction was recorded, he can continue earning an income whilst enjoying the privilege of having a license.
