Magistrate Tony Murray said he had no choice but to sentence Cameron Naylor to seven months behind bars. Sydney mother sentenced to home detention for drink-driving with kids in car

A woman who was caught drink-driving six times over the legal limit with three young children in the car in Sydney's north-west has been sentenced to nine months' home detention. Erika Francesca Bycroft, 39, was stopped by another female driver at Westleigh in October 2014. Police said she was seen swerving across a road in a residential area where children were playing and almost hit a pedestrian refuge. Severity Appeal – Parramatta District Court

Our Parramatta District Court client recently received a lucrative job offer abroad. However, he received  an Intensive Corrections Order  in the Local Court which meant he could not leave the state of NSW.
